Do you renovate your own products or will you help me renovate my homes?
A lot of investors/flippers have been asking this question more and more. We do both actually. Take a look through our Design & Consultation section on this website, as our consultancy services is where you’ll be able to work with us to achieve your real estate dreams and fulfill your goals.
How much do you charge to build a house?
We typically build for our own portfolio, or for clients on a case-by-case basis. There is no set charge or cost-basis per se. Our primary goal is to build homes that focus on high attention to detail. We wish to produce heirloom homes rather than cookie-cutter houses.
How much are your consulting services?
A good number of our services are available on an à la carte basis, however most of those with whom we work choose to engage us from start to finish on their project(s). For the latter, you will typically invest around 8% of the overall project cost.
What larger projects in outdoor hospitality, pocket communities, etc. are you working on?
