In this step, we collate the property candidates we’ve located with you, their respective financial models, and ultimately decide on the best project to move forward with first. Project creation is a crucial phase of bringing ideas into reality, and a critical point of study in all aspects of real estate and system implementation.

Design & Planning

Watch steps 1-5 begin to take shape right in front of your eyes. This is where we begin sketching out the designs for your renovation, restoration, new build, add-value, etc. Our hand-drawn sketches are great for adding notes, making changes, and fine-tuning the vision. Then, we’ll render your product beautifully – perfect for your after-completion “before & after” gallery and property walk-through.

Project Oversight

Depending on the scope and niche of the project at hand, different levels of oversight will be required throughout its life cycle. We’re more than happy to work cooperatively with project managers/GC’s you may already have that you wish to work with, or we can provide you with that needed service. This often overlooked step, ensures that your project(s) runs from start to finish as efficiently as possible.
